Replacement and return of goods

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchase, the buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or delivery of the last product from the order. You may terminate the contract unilaterally using the said form or by any other unequivocal statement expressing your willingness to terminate the contract. In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Obligations Act. We will refund the payment after the products have been returned to the seller electronically. The buyer must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day when he announced the unilateral termination of the contract. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product if he uses his right to unilateral termination of the contract, and if the buyer wishes, he can contact the seller via email or phone number +385(0)98367068 to obtain information about the manner, capabilities, and conditions of product return. Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the purchased product that results from the handling of the purchased product. The returned product must be in the original packaging, undamaged, in unaltered quantity and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If the customer received a gift when ordering, the undamaged and unopened gift must also be returned in the original packaging. The package should be sent by registered mail. Once we receive the completed unilateral termination form, we will send you the shipping address and return form to be printed out and attached within the shipment.  



Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to make a complaint. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the entire amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint to the buyer.  


Canceling an order

The buyer has the right to cancel the order made on the website url. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller, an application may be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts or a proposal for conciliation at conciliation centers. Proceedings before the courts of honor are conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Rules of the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, which stipulate that members of the councils of these courts Conciliation before the conciliation center is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Conciliation Act, and in accordance with the Ordinance on conciliation of the conciliation center. The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, with the consent of the Minister responsible for consumer protection, shall make decisions on costs in proceedings before the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.

International delivery

  • Shipping costs for EU member states range from  187,00 – 562,00 Kn (25,00 – 75,00 €) depending on the weight of the package, the delivery calculation is calculated on the “Cart” subpage.
  • Shipping costs for the rest of the world range from  187,00 – 788,00 Kn (25,00 – 105,00 €) depending on the weight of the package, the delivery calculation is calculated on the “Cart” subpage.
  • Packages are shipped weekdays within 24-72 hours of payment visibility.
