Replacement and return of goods

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchase, the buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or delivery of the last product from the order. Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the purchased product that results from the handling of the purchased product. The returned product must be in the original packaging, undamaged, in unaltered quantity and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If the customer received a gift when ordering, the undamaged and unopened gift must also be returned in the original packaging. The package should be sent by registered mail. Once we receive the completed unilateral termination form, we will send you the shipping address and return form to be printed out and attached within the shipment.

Complaints

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to make a complaint. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address.
